Mat Pilates Tuesday Club


Every Tuesday I 9.30-10.30am

Price: Free 1st Class. £12 thereafter

Join us for a mind and body movement experience where our lovely instructor Thea O’Bryen will guide you through a 55 minute Pilates session to work on sculpting beautiful long lean lines throughout your entire body. Using precise, low impact movements, you will improve your posture, plus strengthen your abs and back all in one class. 

 

MAT PILATES IN THE BARN

 

Our sessions will be held in The Barn, but as we head into warmer months, we will host our classes outside, overlooking our beautiful farm and the picturesque Surrey Hills. Indoors and out, you will be surrounded by acres of nature in our remote, peaceful location, so you can truly switch off, connect to yourself and clear your mind.

 

Whether you’re a Pilates pro or a beginner, this class can be easily adapted for all levels. 

 

WHY PILATES?

 

Pilates is an essential form of exercise to add to your current fitness regime (running, golf or cycling), start practising after an injury and for pre/postnatal. Here are just a few benefits:

- Improves posture
- Promotes weight loss
- Helps correct body alignment
- Increases flexibility
- Provides your moment of self-care

 

WHAT TO BRING

 

We will provide all the mats and props needed for the class. Please bring your own water bottle.

 

FACILITIES

 

Parking is free and at the main entrance or for those wanting to park overnight, you can park in our overflow car park located opposite the venue main entrance.

Please bear in mind that due to our rural location, Uber and similar booking-apps do not work. Therefore please pre-book your taxis via one of our recommended companies: A&E Cars (01483 905 050), GM Cars (01483 566 566) or Five & Sixes (01483 565 656).

There is a wheelchair lift that can be used to access toilets and to help navigate the areas inside with ease.
