11.15am - Wander the grounds with a homemade botanical tea
11.45am - 1Sculpt party Barre class with relaxing stretch (55 mins)
1.30pm - Enjoy a beautiful three course seasonal brunch with Stories. Expect sharing plates showcasing the stunning produce Summer has to offer, along with a special selection of wines and non-alcoholic alternatives.

Pilates Energise Flow - 45 mins
Focusing on sculpting your body, enhances flexibility, core strength, and breathing techniques. We will be leading you through a power flow combining stretching and our signature 1Sculpt pilates flow combinations. You will feel aligned, energised and sculpted. Our Pilates classes provide immediate benefits, including increased muscle strength and core stability, focusing on sculpting your body. Our Pilates program enhances flexibility, core strength, and breathing with fluid, controlled movements. We cant wait to flow with you with this very special one off Pilates flow class.
Barre Party class with stretch - 55 mins
So much Barre goodness; expect our Barre signature class PLUS epic party vibes and the best playlist ever with a great stretch to finish. This is the debut of our Party Barre class. It will feel like the best a night out with new combos that will bring the 1Sculpt burn to the max. We cannot wait to bring you this special edition of our 1Sculpt signature Barre class. Our Barre classes are designed to sculpt your body, boost your metabolism, and challenge your mind. Through a series of challenging combinations, we strengthen the muscles in your legs, bum, arms and abs to leave you feeling leaner and longer.

Expect a beautiful three course seasonal brunch spread of sharing plates, inspired by the stunning produce that summer has to offer. Full of flavour, colour and texture - think crispy, salty, sweet, sour, tangy, melting, spicy, crunchy, juicy… we’ve got your tastebuds covered. We’ll be serving you a curated selection of wines and non alcoholic drinks to keep you well - quenched too.

FACILITIES
Parking is free and at the main entrance or for those wanting to park overnight, you can park in our overflow car park located opposite the venue main entrance.
Please bear in mind that due to our rural location, Uber and similar booking-apps do not work. Therefore please pre-book your taxis via one of our recommended companies: Waverley Cars (01483 385858), GM Cars (01483 566 566) or Five & Sixes (01483 565 656).
There is a wheelchair lift that can be used to access toilets and to help navigate the areas inside with ease.
